Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers one location and up to five staff, including the LINE bot. It's enough to run a single household or shop with no card required.
What does the LINE bot do?
Each organization connects its own LINE official account. The bot answers staff from your knowledge base, translates between Thai, English, and Burmese on mention, and pushes a nightly close-out reminder to your group.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Connect a custom domain in Settings and serve the app from your own address with an automatically issued certificate.
How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, change, or cancel anytime from the billing page, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is a dedicated, white-label deployment — an isolated database and Worker for your organization, with unlimited locations and staff and your own custom domain. Contact us to provision one.
